We are on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling consultancy and project services in the intersection between business and IT. If you possess a blend of business acumen and technical insight, along with a touch of out-of-the-box thinking and senior-level customer engagement, we would like to meet you.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Selling Consultancy Services: You have a solid background in selling consultancy services, especially in projects that blend business strategy with IT solutions.
- Strategic Problem Solver: You can identify complex problems and conceptualize solutions using technology, demonstrating creativity and analytical skills.
- Broad Competence: Your expertise spans business development, project specification, and architecture, with a knack for managing and engaging with clients effectively.
- Customer Dialogue: You're adept at navigating conversations with senior-level stakeholders, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions.

Your Role:
- Sales and Business Development: Drive the sales process from discovery through closure, engaging with clients to present our unique value proposition effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and advising them on suitable consultancy solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our consultancy teams to ensure project proposals meet client needs and expectations.
About You:
- Proven Sales Experience: You have a successful track record in sales, preferably in selling consultancy services in the IT and business domain.
- Communication Skills: Excellent Swedish and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Leadership and Initiative: Leadership experience with the ability to thrive in environments that require initiative and autonomy.
- System awareness: We know our customers often work in different three letter abbreviations, CRM, PLM, ERP, MDM, PIM. Having worked with sales in relation to these systems is meriting.
- Educational Background: While a Master of Science in Engineering or related fields is beneficial, we primarily value your sales experience and industry knowledge.
